If your flight number changes, do let us know as soon as possible. If there is a delay, text us right away. This is useful since, when they are running late, airlines don’t always update things online. If you wish us to pick you up at Phoenix Sky Harbor early, call or contact us, and we will inform your shuttle driver that you are ready to be picked up. If not, we will come get you at the time specified in your reservation.
While it’s not against the rules to reserve a Phoenix – Tucson Shuttle at the last minute, it’s a good idea to do so as soon as you can to ensure a shuttle driver is available and avoid any delays in picking you up.
